Here are Eligibility Criteria who want to get register with PM Laptop Scheme in 2023.
- The Applicants must have A Valid CNIC/ID Card.
- Must be A Valid Student as Closing Date of 31st December 2022.
- Student Enrolled in 31st December 2022 but not earlier than respective Program duration as Per Table Below Mention For Prime Minister Laptop Scheme 2023.

The All Students studying in Public Sector Universities/Degree Awarding Institute Duly Verified from HEC (Higher Education Commission).
Ineligible Criteria
The following students can not be Eligible for Prime Minister Laptop Scheme Under PM Youth Laptop Program.
- Those Students who enrolled in Any Private Sector Univeristies
- Also those students who already received Laptop Under Federal or Provincial Youth Laptop Scheme.
- Foreign Nationals other than Azad & Jammu Kashmir
- Any Selected Students who has pass his/her degree before laptop distribution.
