• This form will be in Urdu and English and will be a Simple Format available for Everyone who wants to apply.
• This procedure should be completed within 15 days of the Submitted Application form according to program terms and conditions.
• Rs 100 Will be Charged for the Online Application form. Forms will be available on Nominated Bank Branches and also available on Bank Websites.
